High Pressure Die Casting
Each project has its own characteristics. BCB has several automated die-casting islands – from 400 to 1200 tons – which enable us to make products in small, medium and large series. The high production capacity of our plants is combined with the reliability of raw materials purchased only from certified suppliers. But this is not enough for us: to achieve perfect results, each individual stage in the process is monitored by a specific software and by our quality control personnel.
Gravity Casting
BCB is able to reach a high production capacity for gravity casting, offering our customers a flexible approach to volumes and alloys. We are always careful to fulfill our customer’s technical, mechanical and aesthetic specifications, keeping costs low and offering high quality goods.
Finish Department & CNC Machining
In our finishing division we have specific competences and tools that enable us to customise each individual product. We treat surfaces with shot blasting (tunnel, belt or cluster), tumbling, polishing or machining operations. To guarantee top results for you, we emphasise the human capital represented by our hard-working technicians and operators and the achievement of IATF 16949 certification is another step forward in our continual process of improvement. Our production units are therefore installed with the most advanced systems for protection and defence of the environment, as it is our responsibility to respect the world around us.
